We'd like to work with your students on issues and challenges that arise for a company when staff who are expected to work in close coordination with each other are actually spread out across two different office locations; in our case Victoria and Toronto. What are the exact challenges we face? What are some ways we can overcome those challenges? Are there any best practices out there to help inform our workflow across two cities? These sorts of questions we'd be interested in exploring. We've done some previous internal research on the matter and are happy to share that data with the students as well.
